4 Ways to Assist Lymph Drainage

  1. Deep Breathing ~Breath in through your for 1 count, Hold for 4 sec, Breathe out in 2 sec. The pressure variance on the lungs expanding moves the lymph. Deep breathing  3 times a day with a repetition of 10 will help oxygenate your blood & move your lymph. *The result should improve your energy, clarity & ability to ward off illnesses.
