Hi! I'm Jennifer
We start with food, but then do so much more. I look at the big picture of your life (a “holistic” view) what’s going on with your eating habits, but also what’s happening with Your physical activity? Your relationships? Your career or school life? Your mood and stress levels? All of these things play a big role in your health and well-being and the food you eat. In the programs that I offer, we will address everything that can be affecting how you feel and function. As I tell my clients, if you’re constantly stressed to the breaking point, it doesn’t matter how much “good, nutritional” food you eat, you won’t be healthy. We are not only what we eat but what our body can do with it.
My goal is to develop a therapeutic partnership with you to provide explanations of why you hurt, how you heal, and how you can function at your best.
